BBQ grills are located on the sun deck – a great hangout spot down by the water. Caprice also offers a recreation room (with limited fitness equipment) and a Shuffleboard court. Coin operated laundry machines are located on the 2nd, 4th, and 5th floors. Free WI-FI is available in the condo and common areas.

We greatly enjoyed our staff here. The accommodations are great and the location is beautiful. Very convenient to enjoy a day at the beach and close to restaurants & bars.

It was our first time at Caprice Resort. We have stayed in many condos along the gulf over many years. We love St. Pete Beach and have booked a return trip to Caprice for next year. The property is well maintained. Nice pool area and seating to watch the sunset was a nice bonus. Staff (LeAnn) was great. Full of energy and a love of her job as rental manager. A lot of repeat renters at Caprice, and I can see why.

We have vacationed in St. Pete for many years but this is our first stay at the Caprice. We were very happy with the unit, beach access, pool, etc. We mentioned to Cindy that the entry door handle was loose and within 10 minutes the maintenance guy was there to tighten it. We hope to return in the fall or winter!

We absolutely love the Caprice resort ! We hope to return again later in the year ! The condo unit was very nice and we enjoyed the balcony , the beach and pool , shuffleboard and corn hole ! The location is excellent and very walkable for food and drinks !
